Cancer
One in three men and one in four women in Australia will develop cancer by the age of 75.¹
Cranberries boast one of the highest quantities of antioxidants of all fruit and as part of a healthy diet offer the following:
- Antioxidants - which decrease oxidative stress, reduce cellular inflammation, and protect DNA, leading to a potential reduction in the risk of cancer
- Flavonoids - which are compounds found in foods such as fruit and vegetables. Studies have shown that a high dietary intake of flavonoids could be associated with a low cancer prevalence in humans.
